First you may ask, how in the world would someone sit to loose 30million US Dollars and still not do anything about ?It makes me sick , so much as I feel my intelligence is being insulted. Clearly it shows SOMEONE is not thinking and whoever "it" is MUST be shot in the head.

Market Research
I know before I buy anything I need to do a thorough market research to access the what, who, why,where and where about my target market.It shows clearly that "they" refused to do just that .

Okay. so what do you do? Find a solution. Unless they are lying to all of us, no one in all sincerity would sit down and watch a million dollars go down the drain, not to mention a whooping 30....


What I would if I were them

1. Fire the C.E.O (this time the chief error officer)
2.Fire all the top management
3.Find out alternative power/energy
4.Buy that alternative power and stop this waste immediately.

Best Time To Buy A Real Estate In Ghana

I get asked this question so many time. Well if you have to meet clients and negotiate your way through deals you know what I mean.Almost everyone wants the best deal.(can't blame them) cos its a high tech world and no one want to loose.

I Hate To Give This Out For Free

But I would do it only this time and because you have decided to read this thus far( forgive me I 've been reading my grandad's books these days)..Thus is the secret............ make thine bargain known when thine business year is ended.

The Best Time

The best time to get a good bargain when buying a Ghana Real Estate, is in December. I wonder why so many real estate brokers don't get this! I get to "choose" the best deals to buy in December, most time of the year I have to bargain to my teeth.

This is one thing we love about google. Well we are not internet experts per say, but once in while when you are in that really tight situation, when you need a love poem, quote, tip to negotiate that real estate deal which must go through or you don't get to buy that dream deal, the best saviour has always been google.

This time its saving a double. I was so moved to tears( i hardly cry .......am tough ...........scared to cry), but this is a true story.. read it for your self, don't take my word for it.
